Why does this Error pop up on my screen like once a day?

It does not matter what i am doing on the computer but at least once a day this pops on my windows Xp screen! Error loading – C:\Programfiles\commonfiles\paretologic\UUS2\UUS.dll – The speified module could not be found??? What is this and how do i get rid of it??
I don’t think i have a drivercure or filecure. How can i tell?? No it will come on when i am just doing stuff on the internet, just any time anywebsite at lease once a day!

   You must have had one of their (paretologic) programs on your computer, paretologic programs are scamware. There must still be something in the registry related to paretologic. If you have something from them like drivercure or filecure installed, uninstall them.

   When does the error message appear, shortly after startup?

   I had a similar problem I went to cnet free software download comodo registry cleaner ran it and it really cleaned up crap on my pc and fix my problems
