what is Rundll file? Rundll file is a system process which contains many codes and data. This process is related to window registry of your computer. When your PC is running, the codes and data in Rundll file are shared by many programs. So it will run various tasks being processed which helps enhance the speed and memory efficiency of your PC.

This is a known issue with a data recovery program that you have installed. So i asked my good friend with his awesome website GOOGLE to help us out.

    “ParetoLogic UUS.DLL

After installing and uninstalling ParetoLogic Data Recovery, you may get a popup warning about once a day, stating:

    Error loading C:\Program Files\Common Files\
    ParetoLogic\UUS2\UUS.DLL

The specified module could not be found.

The error is due to a scheduled task; it is not a virus, or malware, or spyware.

To get rid of the problem:

    * open the Scheduled Tasks folder in the Control Panel and
    * delete the “ParetoLogic Registration” entry.”

To go into more detail on how to exactly do this
    1. Click Start Button or Vista Circle button
    2. Click Control Panel
    3. Click on Scheduled Tasks
    4. Select ParetoLogic Registration
    5. Hit DELETE key on your keyboard
    6. Click yes to confirm delete

    Problem Solved

It’s some kind of software that’s running on your machine. It might be a virus or spyware so you should run a scan to make sure there’s nothing malicious.

http://www.bitdefender.com – will run a comprehensive scan from your web browser. I’d recommend running this although it does take about 4 hours to run.

If you haven’t got antivirus installed then I’d recommend Avast which is free from http://www.avast.com.

Then you can get free antispyware scanners from
    http://www.safer-networking.org/en/home/index.html
    http://lavasoft.com/products/ad_aware_free.php
You should run these about once a fortnight.

Also you should install a firewall, zonealarm is probably the best free one you can get
    http://www.zonealarm.com/security/en/zonealarm-pc-security-free-firewall.htm?lid=en

one last thing to check is see what you have in your auto startup. to do this click Start – Run and type “msconfig” when the dialogue appears on the screen click the startup tab then if there’s anything in there you don’t recognise un check the box. This will prevent all manner of rubbish running everytime you swith the machine on.

    Hope this helps.
