What is the best program that will help keep your softwares and drivers on your computer updated?

I’ve used several programs to try and keep my softwares and drivers up-to-date at all times. The program that worked the best for me was ParetoLogic’s DriverCure.

Does anyone know of 1 or a few programs that are good, not decent, but actually good and won’t screw up my drivers and registry?
Aside from doing Windows Updates, because we all know Windows Updates doesn’t have the latest versions for each driver and software because it gives you an older version that is stable, are there any third party programs that are good?

    Windows Update and Microsoft Update.

    Windows and microsoft updaes and device manager in control panel
    right click on each and click on update drivers(drivers being updated are rare !)
