I have a dell XPS laptop with a driver problem that does not allow me to enter my desktop!?

Problem:
i’ve fixed my laptop, Dell XPS,Window XP, recently and I played an MS-DOS program on the computer and when I restarted the computer it gave this error:
*** STOP: 0x0000007e

What I have tried:
1: I’ve tried using recovery console but it gave the same error!

2: I tried ALL the advanced options (F8), it gave the same error.

3:I tried Windows 7 Vista Disc, no operation system displayed and no system image was detect onto the computer!

4:I tried regcure, DriverDetective,ParetoLogic PC Health Advisor, and XoftSpySE but they had an error saying 0×8 something doesn’t allow the program to start through Windows 7 Vista Disc.

5:I tried to use chkdsk through command prompt to Boot (X:) but that was write protected with or without StorageDeviceManager.

Questions:
1:How do I play out Regcure, DriverDetective,ParetoLogic PC Health Advisor, and XoftSpySE without a system error?

2:How do I use chkdsk Boot (X:) by force or how do disable the write protect on it?

3:How do I find or download a system image for Dell XPS?

4:How can I download another pci.sys?

5:How can I restart my computer to its factory position without pressing F11( it does not exist at my computer. I have Windows XP.)?
My computer constantly restarts by the error.
